1) How do I know if my health club will qualify for this program?
All Health Clubs with a respectable credit will qualify and be approved for the Health Club Vending leasing program. The approval process consists of the completion of a simple lease application, which is submitted and approved within 24 hours.
2) How much profit can be generated from a vending machine and will the profit facilitate the leasing payments each month?
Profit on the sale of each product can range from $0.75 to $1.50. Depending on how many sales your machine achieves will depend on the rate of payback. For example. If your machines sells 10 products per day you will cover the cost of the Lease, anything above this will be 100% profit for your club.
3) If the machines require service who is responsible?
YoNaturals utilizes its own network of professionally trained vending technicians nationwide. Every Health Club that signs up will be provided the phone number of the actual representative that handles your training and installation. Technical service is available 5 days a week during business hours and 24/7 phone assistance is also available through YoNaturals.
4) How do I order products for the machine and how long do they take for delivery?
All orders can be placed by entering your username and password (click this link) Orders are delivered at a designated time either once or twice a week (depending on where you are situated) and we will provide all that information to you upon application.
5) What is the best way to promote the products to our members / visitors?
We highly recommend member / visitor “sampling events” Distributing our range of products in small sizes to your members / students for free allows them to taste test and decide which products they like best. This is a great way to increase sales and provide incentive for sales. Please note that YoNaturals can offer your Health Club a free sample box of products upon request and for Health Clubs that have signed up for the program.
6) How much training is provided to our Health Club?
A trained technical vending specialist from YoNaturals will deliver / install and most importantly train your staff on how to operate your new vending machines. Training will include all aspects of the vending machine, product loading, trouble shooting and general maintenance.
7) Who is the best person at my Health Club to operate the machine, order the products and collect the revenue?
This is completely up to you. Generally the clubs staff will have a key to the machine or the club owner can take responsibility. The YoNaturals machines feature a credit/debit card reader which also acts as a remote monitoring device that emails daily sales reports to whoever is nominated.
8) How does the prepaid member card system work?
Members can upload credit to a simple plastic pre-paid card that hold between $5-$50 of healthy vending credit. The machine tells the customer how much credit is available before each credit and how much is available after each purchase. Your Health Club receives the funds upon each deposit of funds.
9) How will we know what products to place in our machine(s)?
YoNaturals provides a product development specialist to recommend what products you should start with in your machines. You will have access to everything from protein shakes to pre workout energy drinks / bars. It really is up to you as you know your client base and their requirements.
